ROBERT LO
President
A San Francisco native, Robert Lo has worked and lived in the Bay Area his entire life. Robert began his construction career at an early age. In 1996 he joined the San Francisco Local 38 Plumbers Union, being an active member for over 20 years. At present, Robert is focused on his role as President of Cal Pacific Systems.
In less than a decade, Cal Pacific Systems has grown to become one of the largest local plumbing contractors in San Francisco, currently employing more than 200 local citizens. Under the leadership of Robert Lo, the CPS team is filled with talent in all aspects of construction from administrative to field installation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With over a dozen members in our project management department, Cal Pacific Systems provides the highest level of attention to every contract no matter the scope or size of the project. We are passionate about construction on each and every project we take on.
The project management department includes a diverse background including Finance, Management, Engineering, and Information Technology to provide a well rounded support system to each project. Business and relationship management is paramount to Cal Pacific Systems. We understand the depth of commitment and detail required to achieve the performance, constructability, maintainability, and communication for a successful endeavor.
ENGINEERING
Our team, which includes in-house engineers and design/detailers, has over 50+ years of combined field experience and a collective 40+ years of Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise.
Our constructability knowledge is infused into our design, utilizing BIM to provide early coordination and to design a superior system. Doing so provides value to the Owner while being able to minimize waste, increase safety, and maximize efficiency throughout the construction process for all. The exceptional solutions from design through installation are evident with this process as we are able to support coordination with MEP teams and produce a fabrication-ready model. Our solutions also incorporate the use of advanced technology including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Trimble to provide accuracy to the project and support our fabrication/construction activities.
With the ability of our team to create systems, coordinate with other trades, and provide solutions during installation, the engineering team is an invaluable asset to all project stakeholders.

Our field team is second to none in coordination, installation and teamwork. Our Senior Superintendents lead the team with over 60+ years of experience. At Cal Pacific Systems, our team is passionate about the work we perform and will continue to provide the best service and product available.
